It has started and I'm trying a new system. I've removed easy to find beers and siasons and wheats (since not my fav), and then sorted by IBUs (low to high).
First up: Caldera Hibiscus Ginger Beer. 0 IBUs. I don't think there are any hops at all. Sweet with a faint ginger note.
Probably not my favorite, but definitely my first!
