It's 7pm. It's still daylight. Which means Spring has sprung!
To celebrate Freebird and I are at Bethany's Table. She has her first Ninkasi Spring Reign of 2010. I chose the 10 Barrel Apocalypse IPA: bronze in color with muted aroma but powerful hops forward and finish!
Blam! Spring has sprung!
