Who says livin in the burbs blows? Well usually I do, but when you have a local spot like Bethany's Table where the ingrediants are local, the chef is talented and the beer list (bottle only) is top notch: Ninkasi, Lompoc, Roots, Southern Oregon, Laughing Dog, Widmer, Firestone Walker and the occasional random This and That.
November 7th they are hosting a Ninkasi Pairing Dinner. Freebird and I have RSVP'd. See you there?
