Freebird and I are having a grand time @ the Deschutes Portland Pub Beer Geek Night. We've tasted Black Pearl Ale, Black Butte Porter and Nitro Obsidian Stout.
The Obsidian German Chocolate Cake was superb with the stout!
Chatting with Cam the brewer about the differences in complexity between Obsidian and The.Abyss was very interesting. Best 5 bucks I've spent in a long time!
