This weekend Freebird and I enjoyed a meal at downtown Chandler's newest foodie spot: Latitude 8. This twist on Thai not only had great food (if slightly expensive for slightly smaller than average Thai portions), but works to support our local brewer - San Tan Brewing - by having two of their beers on tap: Sunspot Gold & Hefewiesen (not my favorites, but good pairings with spicy food).
In addition, they have multiple bottles available from many Asian locations (Kirin, Tsing Tao, etc.); but they also have Kona Fire Rock Pale Ale (a Freebird fav), and Maui Passion Fruit Hef - yet to be sampled by this blogger.
The food was great, the wine list is also decent; and they support our local brewer.
