Beer Luvvas,
It looks like Bend, OR might be growing to become Beervana II. Everyone involved in craft beers/brewing is aware of Deschutes and the excellent beers they've now made widely available which is leading to growing popularity.
There have been multiple postings regarding Bend Brewing and their growth out from under Deschutes' shadow, especially since head brewer Tonya Cornett & Bend Brewing won the 2008 World Beer Cup Champion Small Brewery award this year.
One of this blog's most highly read posts is my previous discussion of Wildfire Brewing, but I haven't found any more info on any new brews, or a pub location, for Bend brewer.
And finally, the Belmont Station Beer Forum recently blogged about receiving 22oz bombers from Silvermoon Brewing, a former home brew supply shop that grew into another craft brewer in Bend!
Hopefully Jon from The Brew Site is still reading Hops & Barley Blog, and can add a comment on what else he knows about the growth of craft brewing in Bend. It seems there's a-whole-lot-o-brewin' goin' on!
Prost to Bend, OR Brewers!

As a matter of fact, I am still reading and can give some more insight. :)
Wildfire Brewing's main outlet is in downtown Bend at JC's Bar & Grill; it was the owners of JC's that started the brewery along with Paul Cook (brewmaster), and while you can increasingly find Wildfire on tap at restaurants around town, JC's is the best place to get all their beers currently available. Their address is:
642 NW Franklin Ave.
Bend, OR 97701
You can also visit their brewery in person, which is separate from JC's. It's address is:
20750 High Desert Lane #107
Bend, OR 97701
541-585-1007
You can get growlers filled up there-- call ahead though.
Also, I just had lunch recently at JC's, and they have Wildfire's 1 year anniversary beer on tap, a tasty strong ale.
I'll post some more details for the other breweries next...
- Jon
Forgot to note Wildfire's web presence is here: http://www.myspace.com/wildfirebrewingcompany
Other breweries in Bend/Central Oregon (you've already mentioned Deschutes and Bend Brewing):
Cascade Lakes: http://www.cascadelakes.com/ - they have their main brewery and public house in Redmond (15 miles north of Bend), their Lodge on Bend's west side, and a number of other ale houses and restaurants.
Silver Moon Brewing: http://www.silvermoonbrewing.com/ - downtown Bend, small output and recently started bottling some of their brews. They're really emerging as a big part of Downtown Bend's night scene with lots of live music and such.
McMenamins Old St. Francis School: http://www.mcmenamins.com/index.php?loc=98&category=Location%20Homepage - downtown Bend, another fine McM's destination.
Three Creeks Brewing: http://www.threecreeksbrewing.com/ - this brand-new brewpub just opened up in Sisters (about 20-25 miles NW of Bend). I haven't been there yet, but I plan to be sometime soon.
