Tracking Beer Drinkers Around the World!

Beer Luvvas,

One of the activities SQHub and I completed in between our Seattle Beer Outings, was to get Hops and Barley Blog hooked up to Google Analytics. Actually, SQHub did all the required configuring. I buy him beer for technical support.

Now, I am a neophyte to blogging and all this Web 2.0 BS, but I originally thought the stats from Google Adsense were cool. Analytics blows Adsense away!

I now know that my most regular readers (over the last week since we turned on this feature) reside in Oregon, Washington, California and Arizona. Exactly 50% of the states in the US of A have hit Hops and Barley Blog at least once.

And little did I know it, but H&BB has a global presence! I guess they call it the World Wide Web for a reason, eh? Outside the US, I've had hits from Canada, the UK, Australia, Denmark, Malaysia and Estonia! How great it that?

I'll periodically update my global readership status, but I must say that enjoying a bottle of brew (currently Breck Small Batch 471 IPA) while finding out where my readership resides, is really great stuff!

Prost to all you Hops & Barley Blog Readers! Wherever you are!
