Beer Luvvas,
Freebird and I had an impromptu Date Night @ the Yard House in Scottsdale. Freebird enjoyed Murphy's Irish Red, and I quaffed a pint each of Green Flash West Coast IPA and Bear Republic Racer 5 IPA. No major changes to Yardhouse's beer list, which keeps it in the #2 Best Place to get beer in Phoenix slot. One item of note, our food was a bit delayed - not to the point where we were ready to complain, and for those of you who know Freebird our complaint trigger could be qualified as a "hair trigger" - and the chef said our meals were on him when he delivered them to our table. Now that's customer service!
The second part of our Date Night included the flick: What Happens in Vegas. Freebird and I give it two thumbs up. It's no Superbad, but there's a lot of humor involved. "Are you setting up a plan to plan?" Too funny (another inside reference for those of you who know Freebird)!
