Never Say Die!

Good evening beer luvvas!!!

While researching 2 not so xtreme IPAs I enjoyed the other day, I accidentally discovered that one is bottled by North Coast Brewing which also bottles one of my favorite beers of all time....

But let's start w/the other IPA...Eel River's Organic IPA. Although Eel River claims this beer is for the hop lover, it's organic malts and hops did not stand up to the flava that I require for IPAs these days. It wasn't bad, just not as good as....

ACME California IPA. Not extreme, but very tasty. North Coast Brewing started bottling the ACME label in 1996 along with the beers under their own label which includes one of the best Russian Imperial Stouts EVA: Old Rasputin! This is one of the finest brew's I've eva experienced. I look fwd. to October when it will again be cool enough to drink such a heavy stout.
