It's that time of the year. Spring in AZ has sprung, and it's time to focus on beer that goes down easy when the temp's above 90, and regularly above 100. That means Stouts are out. Porters are no longer popular. Barleywines are past their prime; and the best beers for summer go well with either lemon or lime.
Yes it's time to break out your Corona, your Pacifico, even your Silver Bullets! If it's mostly H2O, down easy it will go!!!
